As the struggle focuses on the empire itself, the struggle will not end while the empire exists.
Ending decisions are provided for rewards and phase resets.

It has been confirmed that up to three ending_decisions can be set for each phase.
You can set up to three per phase as a whole, rather than three per target, such as A, B, C for related forces and D, E, F for infiltrating forces.
However, we think that if we set each phase in detail, it will be difficult to understand what needs to be done, so we will divide the phases into two categories and set them up.
- prosperity/opportunity
- decay/hostility

prosperity/opportunity
- renaissance(for byzantium)
Content to boost the cultural development of the empire.
For example, they can get buffs on construction costs and cultural progress.

- strategy_meeting(for byzantium)
Content for the Re-emergence of the Roman Empire. Military buffs can be obtained.

- surprise_attack(for not byzantium)
Content for another religion or hostile state.
Can only be performed with an alliance with all the leading sealed vassals of the Byzantine
Empire. Decision to forcibly destabilise a stable empire.

decay/hostility
- abdication(for byzantium)
A decision to try to stabilise an unstable empire as much as possible. The current emperor
abdicates and enters a monastery. Can be forced to reset to the DECAY phase.

- successor_of_the_empire(for not byzantium)
Decisions for states that are hostile to the Empire, such as Bulgaria.
The acquisition of Constantinople would make it the successor state to Eastern Rome!
Ideas wanted!

- the_dawm_of_a_new_era(for not byzantium)
Decisions mainly for Muslim states.
Convert Asia Minor and create a new Ottoman-like state!
Ideas wanted!
