[Issue] Textures tagged with "Vertex Texture" fail to load (possible epilepsy issue)
Issue:
"Vertex Texture" tagged VTF's cause gmod to load 0KB of data, forcing the game to draw random in memory textures.

Solution:
Disable "Vertex Texture" tag VTF file properties.
Would do nice for those textures to be quarter size (half resolution on each axis) with "Point Sample" tag
