I dunno if its my load order but helmets on Russia spawn very rarely

a little complaint but all of these items spawn too much it might be mine game but i cant fine any guns or any of that btw it took all my loot at my base my 5 armor sets are gone and all my guns are gone

sounds like a mod incompatibility (removing the mod will likely return the original items)

The IDs conflict with Elver Weapons+, which uses the ~51000 range
