Graphical developments from Atilla TW

Let me please ask you ...
Is it possible to include a mod like yours that would add some graphical developments from Atilla TW in the form of full destructibility of buildings, barricades, flaming trees and,
especially, - rendered figures of "civilians" on the tactical battle map ?
