- Nerf the influence loss from the emergence of a new party (you will lose less influence when a new party emerges)
- Minor tweaks to some dilemmas
- Added bonus to siege-holdout time for special capitals
New additions:
- Now using latest version of the NoDiplomacy script from Crepax80
- Population level will also increase squalor (Disclaimer: it does NOT show in the population tab). A small city with VERY DENSE population WILL get high squalor
- New Dilemma - when your faction leader reaches 100 gravitas, you get the opportunity of enforcing a new policy that will last for 10 turns: will you choose to strengthen loyalty, increase public order or focus on diplomatic relations ?
Tweaks:
- "Formidable marines" skill now also grants morale bonus to the marines
- Tweaked occupation priorities so that factions will sometimes RAZE a city upon conquering it
