I understand that the deck of a carrier is a very loud place during combat operations. But the jet sounds are very repetitive. Is there any way to either vary, or reduce/randomize these sounds?
All aircraft are off by default, should be pretty silent. If you're refering to the video, that was made just for the video (it was too silent).
I suppose I could find a way to randomize aircraft turning their engines on and off. Although I'd prefer to keep the deck exclusively player operated, so all noise would come from players operating the aircraft. But I can look into it, maybe have 1 aircraft "test" its engines once in a while.
