The tall man
Yep the Tall man is real and you can see it while taking the 3 tall man page's at the cassady valley. As far as i know the tall man can either spawn in the back of the HOPE sign or near the lake. Here a screenshot file:///C:/Users/USER/Pictures/Screenshots/Screenshot%20(147).png
