Hi, I played as the USSR, somehow was able to get everyone except me to give up their nukes and I was able to launch a force regime change play against the US. I won the war against them and forced West Germany to change as well, but after the fact it seems it did nothing aside from decreasing their prestige. So this put America's prestige low enough to no longer be a super power, but there doesn't seem to be anything saying i "won" the Cold War, and America/FRG didn't seem to change any laws at all.
