Questions

Can anyone help?
1) I can not build the Galactic Research Desk even though I have the components, it's greyed out
2) I only have 5 survivors at the start when on youtube I seed 10

OK after playing longer and reading more posts since, the Research tab has a slider at the bottom to reveal more things to research. Also I think the normal number of survivors is 5 now.

Thank you so much, i was getting annoyed at waiting for random ships to bring techs. I feel like such an idiot
