I think, this mod have something missing dependency or contents of OSN_PulseWeapons.

I caught some red error when I add this mod, and get many broken over many mods.
I tryed something.
As a result, I do commentout of <researchPrerequisite>OSN_PulseWeapons
in - Modfolder - Defs - ThingDefs - ThingDefs_Weapon.xml - <defName>AMAGun_ElectroCharger
And, errors are disappeared, and other mods is works.

Every faction's names are translated. could you show your screenshots?

harmless warning:
amagun_flamethrower sets "ticksbetweenburstshots" node to 0.1, leading to parsed as int warning
