Report a translation problem
Once you're in TTS, in the settings panel make sure it's set to use x-haven assistant, check off the option to play narration in the assistant instead of TTS, and make sure it has the IP (or localhost) and port to connect to your x-haven assistant web server. It should automatically play narration as appropriate then.
I've yet to figure out how to get it to play for connected players though without them also buying the narration.
What have you done? what is not working? I ran into different issue and have resolved them so if I know what you are doing I can likely help a little.
