Is the section book incomplete?
the second mission asks me to turn to page 77 and my book ends at page 21. Opening the halfway point door asks me to look at page 23 and again, i only have up to page 21.
e: i meant section book.

No, but they are split into multiple books with states. if you enter the page number in the box below, it should go to the proper book / page.

I am having a similar issue and it gives me an error msg if i try searching for the correct page of the section book
