The reason that the knees act like that is because of how her foot is.
I would personally recommend Red_Eyes Universal Rig on the workshop to use with Mimi as that's the only one we've found to really work.
Do not use export to poster, here's what you should do:
Step 1. In Steam, right-click Source Filmmaker, click Properties, scroll down from General and add "-sfm_resolution 1080 -w 1920 -h 1080" to your Launch Options.
Step 2. Open up SFM and load your session.
Step 3. File > Export > Movie
Step 4. Change the export setting and set it as "Image Sequence."
Step 5. Make sure the format is in PNG and check the output path to see if it is going in the right location, change if you want to.
Step 6. Change Resolution to 1080p.
Step 7. Set Duration to "Custom" and change Seconds to Frames, then enter in "0" "1" in the separate boxes
Step 8. And finally, hit "export movie"
This is faster than exporting it as a poster and it saves flexes, lighting, and particles alot better.
Either way, verify the integrity of the files.
