Becoming Hale is random on its own to be honest. And Duo bosses were balanced down health wise. We could have them with some extra rage mechanic that would boost their resistence to damage as rage mode if say Maggie dies and Saxton is on lower health left alive still.
I think heavy should have it proc tbh. Especially since heavy is much slower. It's not like its a 10x server ff2 server.(it's incredibly annoying to fight heavies with these on those. 500hp per hit mitigates the vulnerability entirely)
