Suggestion: rework Paranoid
As it stands, it feels like generally more of a negative card than positive. The damage buff isn't enough that you can actually one-tap enemies with most weapons, and a large portion of the enemies currently rely on number of hits rather than a health bar (wheat and water enemies, generators in the first boss, secret crates) meaning that it makes many enemies far harder to deal with even assuming you do kill on every shot. For what is supposed to be a rare and powerful card, it feels more negative than most curse cards.

A couple ideas to rework it:
- The buff only applies to primary weapons
- Crates (and possibly generators) shot break instantly
- The buff only applies to high-damage weapons
- It only applies to the first shot of a magazine
- Just, straight up damage buff high enough to outweigh the negatives

Even then, its so annoying to to fight anything without a normal HP counter.

Actually, that and the AWP were why I added the suggestion of "The buff only applies to primary weapons". That way it can be a significant buff, but you can still break crates/generators/water elementals with your pistol.

I just got paranoid with the revolver and pistol damage buff. each revolver shot did 1k+ damage without crit. It's a roguelike, it's supposed to work out sometimes and sometimes not.

If you have weapons that don't mesh with it, you can just skip picking it up. That said, For a card that normally costs three times as much as other buff cards, it doesn't really buff you. While many enemies are easier to deal with, just as many as harder (or any larger number of enemies), and it adds a lot of tedium. At a bare minimum, it would benefit from the ability to break hidden crates instantly, so you don't have to just stand there shooting them for ten seconds.

Paranoid as a solo player absolutely is a terrible idea. It only works with AWP, scout, Shotguns (ir does slow down the pump animation) and nothing else.

Its only good with a crit AWP build and a tank with shohtguns to counter water and wheat guys. It's a 300% damage boost card for free, with the curse of sidearm being ussless (unless its a r8 or deag)

I personally think it should only have an effect on primary weapons, too. Or only on automatic ones. (on second thought, I think that's a much worse idea)

I would heavily disagree. All you need is Paranoid, Bully, and a Shotgun on a crit build and the rest is pretty easy. For all limb-based enemies just shoot half the body at a time and SPREAD will generally mean you only need 2 or 3 shots to take them down. Bully means you'll push enemies you hit with the shotgun back anyway (this is really particularly helpful in some cases, like when you need to push certain boss enemies around to environmental hazards to remove invulnerability, but is also good for getting out of a pickle in general) and Paranoid plus a decent crit build with shotgun pellets is just free shotgun kills from across the room.

Paranoid was my second ever card on my first play though and with it and the scout I made it all the way to the floating islands first try. Honestly the hard part was listening to my PC melt after I entered the cultist boss fight and 300 molotovs were going off at once.
