Scarecrow types can be farmed for cash

If they get stuck on the edge of a map by jumping over the fencing and you have Shooting Star

Broken Fang + Critical Elements + Firestarter/Rat Poison also allows Scarecrow types to be farmed for health, bonus if you use Subzero + Dance to slow and knock them up in the air
