I am curious myself what exactly I would need to get it running on a custom server. When I set the mode to Custom to load the custom.cfg which is empty, I get into warmup mode, and then there's a 5 minute timer. Then when I load into a level, the round condition triggers, and I'm reset. Then when I go to start a new level again, the timer counts down after selecting a player, and just sits at 1.
