Dying Light Mod Suggestion
can you make a dying light infected mod if you accept suggestions for mods? I'll tell you the infected and what they do.

Common Infected

Biter: Shamblers (not the fast ones) have been infected for a long time, however when close enough they'll charge faster at you (this is already in the game when you pick shambler where if close enough they are like a fast shambler) that's all i know

Viral: Virals are humans that recently succumbed to the Harran Virus, however they are physically still alive as they are seen speaking multiple times. as a result their bodies still retain the physical strength for them to possess a high level of fitness and agility, they can sprint.
Hazmat: same as biters but if you hit the gas tank on their suit, they explode. might not be possible to make :(

Uncommon Infected

Goon: Very strong and large zombie with their only weakness being them being slow, possibly able to make by just making their strength and toughness max and making them Shamblers.

Spitter: Fat infected that spit acid at you, mostly on rooftops.

Demolisher: basically the same thing as goon

Bomber: Shamblers but they explode, also can be used as a weapon for hordes chasing you if you have a gun or get a little too close.
Screamer: tiny baby little ♥♥♥♥♥ that scream at you when they see you, try to kill them before they scream, they do not attack they just run away cause they're a little ♥♥♥♥, They cry inside buildings to possibly lure survivors and scream at them, (if you add a crying sound or this infected please make a setting to turn off the crying cause theres alot of sensitive ass people like me) I also recommend code from ScreamerZ

Night Infected

Volatile: this one makes you ♥♥♥♥ yourself. When it turns night (pls make it compatible with night bonuses or whatever its called so if they awaken at 11pm/23:00 you'll get a xp bonus like in dying light) they awaken at night where they will make you piss and ♥♥♥♥ yourself by when spotting you, they run, climb, vault, and try to kill you. uv lights make them stunned for a bit, and flares make them go away from that spot until the flare runs out. (maybe you can add a uv light and flares to the game to stun them and stuff) (also please make the vaulting like how players vault, i recommend getting ode from the vaulting zombies mod and zombies climb wall mod)

Bolter: Zombies covered in green blisters that come out at night to eat corpses that are laying around, if they spot you, they run away and not fight you at all. will alert nearby volatiles but not volatiles that are 100 tiles away, maybe ones that around 10, or 5 tiles away (i recommend getting code from don't feed the zombies for them to be attracted to corpses.)

Night Walker: Biters can become this at night if you attract SO many biters usually, basically virals.

Night Hunter: I'd recommend putting this in the settings as a optional zombie, when this zombie roars, they know where you are for a couple of seconds and run to that location (grappling would be hard i think) like a volatile, it's weak to uv and flares. in the be the zombie mode lore, Night Hunters protect incubating volatiles, maybe add a extra setting that makes it so if the setting to have them in the game is enabled, then the other setting that makes them not just roam around from the start, but where if you kill a volatile (SOMEHOW WITH THEIR AMOUNT OF HEALTH) then it'll spawn somewhere in the map.

It's a cool idea, but unfortunately I don't have the free time for another big project like this, especially one that is even more ambitious with more zombie types and more custom code!

If you want you could take a look at CDDA Zombies and try editing the code for that yourself, that's how I made my mod, and I had zero modding experience starting out. It should be pretty easy to rename the CDDA zombies and change some variables to make biters, virals, goons, and demolishers. I recall there being code for screamers, and some unfinished exploding zombie code too, so those shouldn't be too difficult. For the other zombie types, typically if you can think of another mod that does something similar to what you want, you can look at it's code for examples. The night zombies you described are definitely the most complicated, so you would need to do lots of research for those.

I would be happy to give advice/help on this if you want, but like I said I unfortunately don't have the free time to make it myself.
