In theory, because now I put everything on it and it breaks.

checking, but to rule out, check if you have any addon that conflicts with the nextbot script, try to have the gmod updated or run it on a server or multiplayer or singleplayer when you can. In any case, I will be looking into the problem, thanks for reporting.
1. If you spawn friendly npcs the nextbot will copy their sounds from a distance to lure you. So it's gonna be creepy if you despawn a lambda player but then hear a voiceline from across the map. or even a dog npc, and you just hear barking from around the corner
2. It can pretend to die to weapons. Maybe playing a sound, and a fake deathfeed. But then when you least expect it. It comes charging at you!
Noted.
What if the bot had the ability to disguise itself? It could blend in with a prop-filled map or try to lure players by disguising as casual NPCs
For a while now I have been working on making the nextbot not only able to camouflage itself, but also be able to be invisible when it wants and take the player off guard randomly.
On the other hand however, this is definitely the best of the PNG nextbot chasers. The fact his behavior is always different everytime you play makes him highly replayable, whereas i get bored quickly of the other PNG nextbots due to their behaviours becoming extremely unpredictable after a while (looking at you, Gargitron)
Thank you so much! and about the hiding place, it may be that its radio is very attached to the fact that they are very small places, so the bot takes it as a possible location, or maybe it is restarting its timer, because on maps like markparking in places that recurrently It doesn't happen, although it is also because he can see through the props, not through the walls. Anyway, I'm updating it now while I see what other suggestions and errors you find, but as always, thank you very much for reporting this.
1: make it so he can tp npcs (kinda like it does to the player) around. it would be scary to spawn a citizen just to have it right behind you.
2: it can spawn npcs, like combine. (bonus points if it works with npcs you have installed)
i think these would make it more spooky and have it seem more "alive" like it tps/spawns npcs where you usually run/hide.
