and the better thing about this character.ai module, is that it's free, at least from my knowledge of Character.AI you don't have to pay to use it's features, however there is a subscription that doesn't do anything other than allow you to skip wait times for both loading into the website and for responce of the AI, not that the AI is really slow to respond.

This is what I've managed to find upon searching for Lua integration of the Character.ai API, it's more of a workaround to using the API than having the API itself, but it's been proven to work before, but this is the source code lua that i've been talking about: https://github.com/ElWapoteDev/CharacterAI-Luau

furthermore my 'proof' that the code here that elwapotedev has made works, is this recent exploit in roblox that was going around a little while back, it's powered by the code that elwapote has created, and also checking the code of the exploit itself, it looks to be that sort of work. Character ai integrated with Lambda players also would be a nice concept for plp with no friend

Character.AI or Ollama integration, either would be really amazing... Ollama is local, Character.AI is online, but I'd argue both are better for something like this compared to ChatGPT.

Mhm. very much so. though i'm not sure what limitations might hold us in the way of making this a reality. but it would be extremely interesting to see realised none the less. I'm aware Character.AI's API isn't open source like chatGPT's is to some degree. but the github for the lua integration i believe has found a workaround for it.

You should've also put in that one Minecraft mod called "CreatureChat" where it allows you to chat with the mobs using AI.
