Description
[NOTICE] you must type openai_key YOUROPENAIKEY in console to allow this addon to work,

basically adds chatgpt to all the npcs in garrysmod, you can talk to them (by looking at them and talking) and they will talk amongst each other (and may have slight dementia even though I give the chat history in each prompt!) They will respond to being hurt and will face down enemies including the player.

uses google translate text to speech with one voice since that is the fastest text to speech service I have found, you can edit the code and see what other voices there are if you wish

please do not reupload or steal the code! :pleading: (It's not very good anyway!)

It's also on github but I can't link that!

use garrylord instead, and for people who don't want to waste money, use the groq thing in the mod instead

S.A.P Bots literally stand for Self Aware Player Bots,
same sort of gimmick, but so far mine don't use chat gpt and instead run entirely in-engine with my own stuff, but i wanted to add gpt expansion support, for people who have chat gpt, buts its been a nightmare and have yet to get it working
