Thoughts
Since you asked for it in the description, here I go.

1) It works and didn't crash, so that's a plus.
2) Put the book requirements in your description.

3) Those resistances are a bit of a joke because the first second I saw them, I said "time for Dark Flame" and true enough, two turns I grabbed that, I won. Sure their "immune" stuck around, but staggering them solved that problem. In the end, the reception ends up being an endurance test to see if I can live long enough to pull that off.
Is this what you wanted?

4) Their decks brick. There are only 3 economy pages in their decks and it isn't enough for them to function. Not to mention one of their combat pages is literally "discard your entire hand" which they can't recover from.
Point is: After turn 2, they almost never played more than 2 pages a turn.

5) Why do any of their combat pages give them haste when they roll 4 to 15 for their speed dice naturally?
6) The passives... Stiletto + Pierce Mastery and then also Swordplay of the Homeland... why not add both Puppet Skeleton and Lion's Fist to this messy cocktail of a key page? Their survivability is... a bit much. It's emphasizes how this is an endurance test. Acrobatics... why?
Fun fact: Initially, Noah didn't have a passive and was a very useless key page. This is still the case as Acrobatics isn't ever worth it.
Okay okay, I'm being harsh on that last point, especially to Noah, but tidy up! Have a goal in mind and stick to it.
Also, these guys don't have Ammo Supply. It's as weird as the boss Eileen (non-distorted) missing Puffy Brume. lol

Well, here's an idea, if you want to give them a blanket "more power" then why not give them Myo's Prowess? Their speed dice being 4 to 15 averages around 10 or 11 with the average Librarian rolling an average of 4 or 5, and the AI always uses the fastest speed dice first. You have that going with Allen's "♥♥♥♥♥ in One's Armor" passive, so you probably thought about this.
And yes, if someone gets to Chained Wrath + Clean on Myongest on Yesod's floor against this reception, that is a win, even against the reception as it is currently. Don't worry about that.

I also recommend Katriel's passive.
