My suggestions for this mod
First of all - thanks for this mod, SneakWork and others! I enjoy the gameplay loop more the exile's; And it keeps the spirit of the game really well, only rarely i remember that the author is different. However, i have some small gripes with the design:

1) If i understand this correctly, attacking the enemy unit will almost always generate the Strife? What this results in is that fighting the Nazi enemies is almost always a negative for you - i would much rather take even an undefendable attack from an Artillery then advance the global timer; especially since the reward for destroying the enemy is nonexistant after upgrading the lore.
While avoiding fights made sense in Exile, this mod is about ascending though conflict...
So, my suggestions to fix this:

1.1) Player's Attacks do not generate Strife, only defense does
1.2) Defeated enemies have some reward - maybe, a chance to drop Supplies or Provision (As if you have managed to take the spoils)

2) Regular Supplies are underwhelming: Flare's Lanthern is maybe the rarest used aspect in this mod; Explosives are outmatched by widely avaliable infantry or engineers; Special Munition is only useful against tanks on attack, who are not at all the scariest enemies there. I believe it never worth spending the provision on those. My suggestions:

2.1) Aspects like "Armored" are also useful on defense as well
2.2) Artillery is Armored (the Self-propelled artillery imagined there has some light armor that may need to be penetrated by that munition)
2.3) Raise the aspects a little bit
2.4) Anti-Aircraft gun as a Supply - with Edge, Forge (since it was also used against tanks sometimes) and Aerial Power Aspect.

3) Provision feels too much like mobile-game-style "Energy" - a resourse that i almost cant obtain intentionally, that restricts the progress and all the interesting things i may do in this game.
My suggestions:

3.1) "Farm" operation is more common in scouting pool; More ways to obtain provision overall
3.2) There are more things to do that cost no supplies - along with "Assisting/Attacking the locals", there may be a "Raid supply lines" free operation - that for exhausting the the Edge lore, could let you pass Knock/Moth checks (as if you steal them), interrupted with "Unexpected threats" - to obtain Supplies and Provision.
