If you mean Epic, try this:

Instructions - Epic

Download the map from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16As2XGC97aIliEXZPG1gY8Bx8BAT77wk/view?usp=share_link
Place "HeatseekerPractice.udk" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rocketleague\TAGame\CookedPCConsole\mods" (or wherever your Rocket League is installed)
Install BakkesMod
Install Rocket Plugin for Bakkesmod - https://bakkesplugins.com/plugins/view/26
Load game and open rocket plugin from Bakkesmod plugins list
Create soccar match, tick use custom maps, select "HeatseekerPractice" and under mutators give yourself unlimited boost.
Click host game and then join a team, the Heatseeker ball will spawn on kickoff.
