Bug with Adrenalin and NasalSpray/CoughBottle
I've read lua files in order to know which drug do what. I've seen 2 problems :
Adrenalin syrette sets stress to 25 but is between 0 and 1. Comment says "25%" so I think you should change lua/server/more_medical_OnEat.lua line 31. (stress + 0.25)

When you use FluMedication, you don't use "mmSneezeTimerMin". When you use CoughBottle or NasalSpray, you use "mmSneezeTimerMin" but only change NastyColdSneezeTimerMin. When you reset data in lua/client/more_medical_EveryHours.lua, you trigger sneezeCought and activate it. It creates a visual bug with CoughBottle and NasalSpray after 6 hours. You have to reload game to stop sneezing.

I love this mod but there are too many problems 😭 hope he comeback and fix problems

Judging from Lua, FluMedication appears to be a fever reducer.
Lines 8 and 9 of more_medical_EveryHours.lua look bad. If comment it out, it will probably not trigger a sneeze and will just change the time.
"mmSneezeTimerMin" is a variable name so there is no problem.

The mod author seem to be MIA, if they won't fix it, I might take a look at it
