Bugs!
This mod just came out and I am rusty with modding.

I currently am working on fixing all of the problems with the faction memes. Additionally, I know it is generating errors because I am allowing and blacklisting memes.

That being said, none of the errors or warnings seem critical.

Please report any odd bugs or memes for me to look into.

Looks like it's possible a mod dependency is missing or perhaps one of the mods changed how some of their code is.

It's still playable right? I imagine you may be missing some racial traits or something.
