After exiting the tunnel and reaching the tower there two ways to maneuver to meet the Wraith on the other side. Going left would result a Covenant squad exiting from a door, of which an Elite would sprint to the parked Shadow to the right while a Grunt would hop on the turret (if the player and/or Marines haven’t killed them by then). Once the Elite hops on to drive the Shadow, it would…do nothing. Instead of attacking the player it would hover against a wall with the Grunt not making an attempt to use the turret. Not even the Marines shoot at it. I reloaded a checkpoint and this happened again only this time it hovered to a different area of the map and crashed at a rock by the tunnel entrance/exit while making no attempt for any aggressive action.
