Low FPS

Some levels in the Re-balanced campaign run very poorly (for example 343 Guilty Spark & Assault on the Control Room). Is anyone else experiencing this or is this a problem on my end?

i had random drops to literally 1FPS. it was due to a weird issue.. actually my controller would randomly disconnect from bluetooth and it would cause my PC to think the game is underscored and my PC would limit resources to the game. Restarting my controller fixed it. Old but maybe someone will need to read this.

Very strange, since I've never encountered anything like that when testing CER on MCC. Maybe try fiddling around with your CE graphical settings, namely your FPS cap?
