is there a way to stop guns from pointing up when too close to a wall?

whenever you get too close to a wall the gun will point upwards and you cannot shoot.
is there a way or mod to disable this?

settings > modifiers > open super modiefiers > type 1 into first field > type BarrelLengthOverride into second field > apply
