technically it is but literally don't do that they are not designed to be played together.

it won't crash terraria or anything but don't expect the most balanced of experiences, or the intended one for either mod individually...

the most I would worry about with this is the two generated ocean biomes overlapping, and I beleive that was solved in 1.3 a while ago.

but yeah they arent really that great in scaling together, especially with calamity capping DR

most likely will need 3rd party mod to allow thorium class progress after moon lord as it did with 1.3

weapon enchantments (the mod) sort of does this for other mods, but im unsure if it is compatible with thorium. I also know that they have been trying to be compatible with most mods and you can change the weapon damage type through them. perhaps the bard type and healer type could be able to be accessed this way with other weapons

yes, combining 2 mediocre mods is bound to work

I'm pretty new to modding Terraria, and Calamity was recommended as one of the top mods to play. At the time I never heard of Thorium so I'm just now coming across it and wondering what the mod is about. While I can't yet hold an opinion on Thorium since I have never played it, I can say that Calamity is anything but mediocre and I am convinced you're simply trolling.

They're compatible but Calamity adds alot of end-game content post Moonlord that Thorium isn't balanced around, Healer , Bard and Thrower are fine and viable early to mid game, but late game are basically useless as Calamity forces it's own rules on the game beyond Plantera, I'd say you CAN dot hem both but if you're planning to get the full experience from Thorium it's better to be played with mods that don't rebalance the game

no, not really. they have a lot of conflicting content and are both somewhat massive.
