You need to add this plugin https://gameservershub.com/forums/resources/free-ui-shop.619/and add it on GameUserSettings.

But I found several problems with the plugin and the UI, some of them are not critical, but there is one that is quite serious.

I wrote more detailed information in the plugin comments on the gameservershub site where you posted your plugin.
