The Covenant - Wasp bug

There is an aerial vehicle that looks like I can use it, however, it isn't interactable. I assume this is a bug? Is it a wasp? Looks like a flatter, more armed version of a Hornet.

I have tried reloading and it doesn't fix.
So I assume this is a bug.
