I guess this isn't really a bug but it is kind of a softlock. If you take Emile's Shotgun before entering the house with the civilians near the beginning of Winter Contingency, the door will never open. This can be fixed by giving Emile his shotgun back, but just thought I should say something about this probably niche occurrence.
