-Decreased Bruteforce damage from 17 to 16 & decreased range from 55 to 50
-Increased Black Intelligence spawn rate by 3x
-Reduced speed debuff on Mk.2 PMC armor from -5% to -2% per piece
-Added missing no-build zone around intel bunker south of big loop

Unable to join any polaris server since this update: "This server has A6 Polaris version 1.0.3.1 installed, whereas you have 1.0.3.0." I've tried unsubscribing and relaunching. Also tried deleting the 'steam/steamapps/workshop/content/304930/2898548949' directory. Relaunching Unturned, it downloads the 1.0.3.0 version again.

@black furniture to craft pmc mk2, for example mk2 pmc helmet, needs 4 normal pmc helmets, and one piece of black intelligence, and some other things like cans and tape i think

my a6 polaris says 3.0.0.0 but the server says 1.0.3.3 installed idk how this works please help
