I have two.

1. How about creating a saving system for it like what most of the tools have in Garry's Mod? At least to efficiently use the tool so others wouldn't have to manually adjust the bone scales every time. It can also apply with individuals that do Gmod machinima works.

2, The bane of both the Garry's Mod 13 Inflator, as well as the other Inflator variations and Advanced Bone Tool, is despite the tools working, they cannot completely deflate the hands for example, with a semblance of the fingers still being apparent.The same applies with the Overhauled Bone Tool.

As far as my memory goes, this did not used to be all apparent with Garry's Mod 12 to 9. It is unfortunate that the main Inflater tool of Garry's Mod 13, had been semi-borked from its original state back then.
