All should be good, do u have other mods beside modpack? or Did you transfer the file to localow correctly?

planting zones only allow haygrass and tundra cotton plus useless flowers, does not show options for food plants. thankfully the default plant growth is potato, but you have to make sure you don't change it off that

Sorry I'm very late, I don't play rimworld at the moment, but if sos 1.4 is released on Steam, I will update the modpack.
