Maybe a bug
If you put a high number, the game thinks that you actually have that amount of party/companion even if you have ZERO!

I know the tool tips said to be careful, but I thought that only apply to actually hired party/companions and not the limit

I will look into it. The limit, however, shouldn't really affect the AI and game balance AFAIK. Will come back to this discussion when I'm done testing. Thanks for reporting!

Just a feedback: Would be nice if you add a checkbox like "Companios added above Clan limit don't count as Kingdom strength", I just want one governor in each settlement of my own, I don't want to create a "One man army".

this is true, i just put it on max and when i join kingdoms as vassals my fellow vassals declare war on EVERYONE
