How was Arable Land Determined?
The description of the mod stated that "Arable land for each state is reworked based on real-life population at around 1920." How did you convert a state's 1920 population to a number for arable land? Was there some formula you used, and if so, what was it?

The "formula" is 1 arable land for each 5000 population in the state.
