continuous movement missing jumps

i can't get out of the clock tower over the desk without changing to blink motion. and so far that is the same for getting from the roof to the train tracks.

I noted something similar in the tower and later under some of the door frames. Feel like I'm too tall. Crouch or crawl resolve the problem. :) btw........ some doors and gutters allow things to be thrown through.
