No. I could've sworn I've seen it when I've run TGW standalone. It's possible this might have been fixed or I might have been using an older version. I'll have to double check
EDIT: I should probably clarify that I was reffering to the releasable US state tags of Maryland and Arkansas, not the actual states themselves. They are called Marathis and Arakan for some reason. You can see it if you go into the diplomacy menu and see the releasables.
If you're still confused then I'll provide screenshots to show what I'm talking about.
