ProvinceIndex Error Crash
It appears to be an issue caused from the mod trying to pull an integer from something called ProvinceIndex. If I read it correctly it is attempting to return a province ID between 1 and 63,555 and failing to do so, which is causing a crash.

[pdx_assert.cpp:612]: Assertion failed: ProvinceIndex >= 1 && ProvinceIndex < UINT16_MAX

Happens at non-regular times but once it happens it is repeatedly every time on that exact date. I've confirmed it with two games that have had the issue a decade apart - Prussia it crashed and bricked on 1/15/1851 while Sokoto bricked on 8/15/1841.

Editing the save file ahead of the crash date temporarily resolves it, but then crashed about a month of ingame time later. There has been discussions on Anbeeld's comments and Anbeeld has identified it specifically as a TGR issue and not part of his mod package.

Any ideas?

This is the first time i hear about this crash and it looks like you posted about it on Jan. 5, 2023. Sorry for the delay in response by the way.
