Now that 1.4 is out you can report any issues you come across here. Ideally with a hugslib log or similar.

I believe this mod is making the Man in Black appear as soon as I have an incapacitated pawn. Even a newborn baby can make him appear! I don't think I have any other mod that modifies the event, I've done a search of all text in my mods folder.

Hey! Same issue as above. I also had the MIB show up three times in my run (even once when the setting was marked off). Each time I did have adult colonists still standing, including people capable of caring/childcare. Love the idea of the mod! Hope you can figure it out!

I've also had the problem of the MIB show up(multiple times) when not needed, including when putting someone to sleep for surgery or going into labor, with other adults nearby and sometimes no children at all. I loaded this mod onto a game in progress and it didn't happen at all until after I added it.
