Is there anyway to change the chances and odds of the lingering voices to show up? (plz add)

What about lines meant to challenge your characters sanity? I love the idea's presented, but what if we had some of the default yelling and whispering lines added? Or maybe some others like a quiet "Don't shoot, I'm not one of them" sort of deal?

I'm not expecting this to go anywhere because the chances of those lines being used only in the context imagined would be very rare, or would be completely out of place. feel free to ignore or use any part of this as you see fit
