Just an update to say it’s still an issue. Had 15 mods running yesterday, added this, resulted in infinite first loading screen. Removed the mod and game works again.

Infinite first loading screen probably means there's a crash. Check to make sure.

This mod alone or with others is causing game to crash on start up. It will load the initial animation screen but nothing past this.
