Anyone else experiencing ranged troops shooting too high?
I just noticed that my crossbows troops (120 crossbow skill, armed with a 450 Pound Doubler Belt Crossbow and Greased Needle Bodkin Bolts 90 grams) are shooting way above their target's head.

I was clearing a hideout and I noticed my troops weren't hitting anything: so when there was only one bandit archer left, I let them shoot for a few minutes and indeed: all their shots went way too high.

I didn't have this problem with my lower level troops @25 crossbow skill armed with a 250 Pound Spanning Belt Crossbow and Calradian Fire Bolts, so I'm very curious as to what's going on.

All my settings in the AI and combat modules are activated and at their default value, except I changed archery from "semi-realistic" to "realistic". I also kept that funky higher aiming angle ajustement disabled, as is default. Both of these settings are said to be player only, however, so I doubt the problems lies in these settings.

I am using My Little Warband, with no issue so far apart from that strange behavior. Could it be that the defective troops are using a crossbow or set of bolts that haven't been tuned to the RBM? The weapon and bolts certainly aren't from the base game, though, with names like that...

I'm also running De Re Militari, if that changes anything.

Anyhow, I'm curious to hear if anyone else experiences the same problem with other ranged troops.

I am also experiencing this problem and also use DeReMilitari. I've also turned the realistic archer angle on and off and it's the same both ways. It might be DRM but I don't know...
