Yield isnt increased for mining or ranching

It just isnt

I disabled all mods except the necessary ones and debugged max skill and expertise and the yield for mining is barely increased and just caps at 50 (or 50 * storyteller yield settings percentage)

Also for plants the yield is increased only by around half of what the percantage says

Vanilla has a cap on yield stacking, this mod does not remove said cap. Need another mod to go above 125% for mining and other values I don't remember for other gathering yield stats.
