[OUTDATED] Vanilla Skills Expanded

Bug (likely compatability)
I put an note on the main mod page; but here is the whole error i see when activating this.I tried to figure out what mod it was having problems with, but haven't fully figured that out yet. I'm using effectively the same modlist as 1.4, only difference is a few mods that were updated/re-uploaded by new people for 1.5.

I know i see even more errors if i turn on dual-wield, but for this test i didn't have that on.

Error while instantiating a mod of type VSE.SkillsMod: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Null method for vanillaexpanded.skills

Do you have EdB's Prepare Carefully enabled by any chance?

So, I thought i didn't, i wasn't even subscribed to it, but i started digging into the files and found the mod was still there, despite not appearing in my mod list. So after wiping it from my mods folder it worked.
The workshop has been behaving very strangely for me.
