High memory RAM usage when combined with Vehicles expanded
Summary/Description: Noticed a heavy RAM/Memory load recently and spent legit 8 hours investigating it. was running out of memory (18+GB being used) on my mod pack last few days and that was raising from a reasonable amount during map gen. IF I made it the actual map, it stayed rocking 70%+ memory usage.

Did alot of tweaking, noticed when I removed Vanilla Vehicles Expanded + Vehicle Frame work...The issue went away. No more "Memory leak". Tried it in and out multiple times. Contacted SmashPhil on the Dubs discord and talked a bit. Determined when VVE+VF + requirements are ALONE no real issues occurred. Came to the conclusion VFE + something else is causing a "memory leak" like event or something.

HOURS of adding mods slow was going nowhere as I Loged the starting memory (just before map gen) to peak at map/pawn load. Everything was in normal range. Decided to test groups next. When I added ALL my Vanilla expanded mods in + VVE/VF. The Memory leak came back. So started removing those one by one, or logical group by group (animals, weapons, races etc) Eventually Removed Vanilla Expanded Skills and the "leak" went away.

TLDR above, I found a odd issue causing a issue similar to a memory leak with Vanilla Expanded Skills when combined with VVE+VF. No idea why but hopefully the suite of logs below will help?
Total Mem usage from Rimworld ON AVERAGE went from 28% (2.6gb) just before map gen to 68% (15gb) after map loaded (not world, map/pawns).
When I removed only Skills it went from 28% (2.5gb) to 31% (4.0gb)
When I removed only VVE, it went from 27% (2.45gb) to 27% (2.52gb)

Only when skills and VVE are combined does the 10+GB memory consuption occur.

Recreate: Install Vanilla Vehicles Expanded + Framework and Vanilla Skills Expanded + Framework. Start game and note memory usage (Task Manager or other tool) before and after Map gen. High usage should be noted. Remove 1 of the mods and note it will decrease exponentially. Used same storyteller world seed and map for each test. (available on request)

I disabled this modification, FPS drops with it, when playing for a long time, even with RUNTIME, ROCKETMAN, and other optimization mods (we really need to check if there is any effect or it's just figurative, plus or minus a couple of gigabytes of RAM won't change anything)

Vehicles expanded doesn't affect anything, maybe you have some other mods

Apparently it REALLY HAPPENED and it WAS FIXED, you can look in the update history
