I'm suggesting, either natively or in a separate mod, that children should be able to get the new passion types in growth moments. Particularly, I think that children with exceptionally low fulfillment tiers should get an apathy or even two at their growth moments. Children with near max growth tier should be able to learn a critical passion, to show how devoted to learning a topic they have become. For natural passions, I'm not sure, but I guess a potential for one at their 3yr growth moment? Maybe at random, for extra fun, because who know what a child will excell at.
