Suggestion: demand peace from captured king

I ended up managing to capture the foolish pretender Sanjar Khan shortly after founding my rightful claim on Calradia and was disappointed to see I could not demand peace in exchange for his freedom along with several of his vassals.
Now either I'm being a fool or I think this would be a great addition.

imagin urselvf in his shoes. an upstart king trying to destroy hes kingdom, captures him, and demands peace in exchange for not killing him or freeing him. sure sure he might say that ofcourse there will be peace, but i honestly think hed come to beat ur arse afterwards
